Abhipole – Refund Policy

At Abhipole Business Services, we are committed to providing exceptional Website Designing, Social Media Handling, Digital Marketing, and Application Development services. Standard Refund Terms

  1. Advance (Partial) Payments We require an advance payment of 50% of the total service value for all services rendered on our platform ( after booking the domain, hosting, and presenting the basic design to our esteemed customers. Kindly note that these advance payments are non-refundable.

Exception for Advance (Partial) Payments

  1. Refund of Advance Payments We understand that circumstances may change, and to accommodate your needs, we offer a refund for the 50% advance payment under the following condition: If we have not booked the domain, hosted, and presented the basic design within 72 hours of placing an order for silver, gold, and customized plans.

Refund Policy for Second (Full) Payment

  1. Second (Full) Payment Once we have successfully completed the project, we collect the remaining 50% of the second payment. Please note that this payment is also non-refundable.

Digital Marketing (SEO) Services Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation of Digital Marketing (SEO) Services We understand that your business needs may change, and you may wish to cancel Digital Marketing (SEO) Services. In such cases, we will not bill you for future months, except for the upcoming month. However, we do not offer a refund for the cost of the 1 (one) upcoming month, present, or past months since the service has already been planned, prepared, or performed. If you choose to cancel SEO Services and request a refund within 48 hours of initially purchasing or renewing, you can receive a full refund for that specific month of service. After the initial 48 hours, you will be responsible for paying for that month, but there will be no billing for future months.

5. Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Internet Banking For your convenience, refunds on Abhipole are processed based on the mode of payment used to place the order initially. Below are the refund modes initiated by us for various payment options:

    • Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking: If you used Credit card, Debit card, or Internet banking as the mode of payment while placing the order, the refund will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card or internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate refunds within a maximum of 5 working days. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect it in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. If there are any delays after the confirmation of the refund by Abhipole, please contact your bank directly.
